No one is helpful they can’t even give a reference number for the call it’s worst support i ever received! Just use Ebay.
I had a great deal of difficulty with a gift card, after i activated it then attempted to use it i found that i had no money left on the card ? So i asked for assistance & the customer service lady ( from Indonesia) spent a great deal of time and effort to assist me & in the end i located the money from her direction while she was also looking on their computer? I am not kidding but this lady was absolutely amazing ! She deserves a raise and because of her help i know now i will be a returning customer. All because of how much help i received.
I have ordered an Apple laptop from Amazon on 12 July, it was expected to arrive on the same day, it is been 7 days and the Customer care based in Phillipines has no idea on why the shipment is not going through. I have called 6-7 times even escalated the case to their team lead and the Manager with no success, they have no insight into their logistics or fulfilment centre. Worst experience ever !!!!
On top of it, if I am trying to cancel the transaction it giving me following message.
"Shipment soon, cancellation is not guaranteed"
Time for legal action, they put my label on someone else's parcel and their label on mine. Do you think Amazon cares, or even understands what has happened...NO!.. they are just a waste of space, once I have my orders its off to court and close the account.
Disgusting. Had log in issues & contacted them SIX times via email, with NO response. Then find out they have taken Prime membership payment that l didnt ask for! When l ring them, they had ALL my log in acc details & said l didn't have an account with them they couldn't help me unless l gave them my BANK ACOUNT DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not good customer service at all for resolving issues and cant even get account unlocked. No response in contacting or trying to contact, you to resolve any issue and it's the same every time in only can email complaint to account specialist from customer service as no phone number apparently, consumer affairs will be my next one to contact as ridiculous and wouldnt recommend amazon at all.
4 attempts at trying to get an issue resolved and all 4 times got disconnected. Nobody cares about your concern. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Phone contact is hopeless. No rating is possible even though the bot advised a rating needs to be made.
Bought a small item three months ago and got a printed order revview but no package delivered So today I went all over the amazon.au website looking for a contact phone as I wanted to sort it out in human terms not send 120 emails to do it. Not impressed that there is no phone number on the website for amazon.au and only an 1800 number to Manila proble was sorted by cusotmer satisfaction is zero for them hiding behind self-congratulatory glossy website stuff instead of being customer oriented!!
