Recieved unsealed products now CWH wont refund my products because they are unsealed. Unlawful and greedy

I attended Forest Hill Chemist Warehouse on the 4/10/20. I have an exemption to not wear a mask. They read the exemption and let me in, then asked me to leave regardless of the exemption. I detailed the law in relation to this but given that the staff are uneducated kids they refused to adhere to the law. The matter is being reported to Human Rights Dept. All other chemists allow people with exemptions. Very poor customer service. Very poor knowledge in the exposure they are putting their staff through for a possible lawsuit. Lift your game.

No wonder the pharma industry is on the decline. Bought the Ego QV baby bath oil from Chemist Warehouse Moonee Ponds and found there was a subtle leak from the bottle. Took it back to the store and spoke to the manager, Michael. He refused to exchange the bottle after he could see it was visibly leaking.



Also called Chem Warehouse Head Office and spoke with Mel. Same result, as she "wasn't able to do anything about it".



Both experiences are quite useless as ALL FMCG companies have a "write-off" allowance and all the store needs to do is return the faulty product to the company rep for a replacement.



Just goes to prove Chem Warehouse workers are lazy and destroying the pharma industry in Australia with their lack of good customer service. any other smaller pharmacy would've been happy to replace the product with no hassle.



Well done Chem Warehouse on poor service and destroying the industry.

Someone at Chemist Warehouse has to look at the store on Rooty hill road. Service is absolutely abysmal . Unfriendly, understaffed.

Today I rang head Chemist Warehouse head office in Preston and Shivani hung up on me and Phoebe W called me a racist.

I then spoke too their team leader and she was quiet dismissive when I told her that one of her employees called me a racist. She then mention that her staff would never say anything like that but I have two emails to state otherwise. I get that the team leader is protecting her employees but how about the customer.

She basically said that her staff are well educated but implied that I wasn’t.

What kind of team leader dismisses an employer calling a customer a racist?

I mean no disrespect when I say this but if chemist warehouse would like me to become a racist, they better watch out.

I can not believe how an organisation can say and do what they want to a customer but when a customer wants and needs to complain, they will dismiss it like your nothing.

Believe you me, the racial remark will be deal with.

Really unhappy that my 13 year old girl was able to walk into chemist warehouse and purchase a vibrator and cock ring off the shelf and no one questioned her. Why? She’s 13. This is not ok.

Woefully slow online ordering. Difficult to get in touch to cancel and refund.

bought a sunscreen on 9/20 and still havent replied and today is 10/3. Can you believe it? I have written to them few times but no reply also.
