Chemist warehouse offered free shipping on orders over a certain value, but each time I have been charged despite ordering over the minimum valus. Their operators lie and are not at all helpful in resolving this as well as the managers I have spoken to. This is deceptive marketing to take additional money from the customer per sale. It's FRAUD. Time for the ACCC.

I and my Mother have had to provide some friendly customer feedback regarding experiences at your Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, CBD and South Yarra stores relating to less than desirable Customer Service from Pharmacists, Pharmacist Assistants and other employees. This has also extended to your online platform and inconsistencies in stock availability and supply chain matters; inclusive of click and collect.
Most recently my Mother went to your Coburg Market store to purchase Gaviscon. The in-store navigation and mapping is so poor that we had to personally direct her to the product.
Please tell me you have some instore finns in the garage contents of your Toorak home.
At 4 foot 8 inches, Mum had to backtrack to be able.to see the hidden aisle signage for Anti-acids. Short sighted, she nearly had to take a specky to be able to see the instore hidden aisle finns.
Once the aisle was located, locating the product by brand and subcategory proved another unnecessary customer experience.

Went to get antibiotics last night, was wearing a mask, was handed antibiotics in a sealed plastic box to take to to the counter a pay. After payment I asked to use sanitizer and was told we don’t provide that for customers anymore. The boxes are not wiped down and are handed to sick customers for reuse, very unprofessional and unhygienic. All others shops provide santizer, why not you

Runaway Bay is a suburb with mainly elderly customers, it has many aged care facilities.
It has a shopping centre with Taget, Big W, Woolworths ,Coles, Aldi and many other retailers. but no Chemist Warehouse.
Recently my household went down with covid. I endeavoured to get anti viral tablets but poor communication hampered prompt delivery. It all went down to failure on chemist to answer their phone. When the second case arose we contacted doctor the immediately tried to inform chemist. Two people went to chemist to pick up but script was sent to wrong fax. When it was finally sorted ( I shared my medication) they insisted I pay delivery despite having 2 visits earlier and continual failure on their part to answer phone. So far no response to my criticism. Refund and lift your game as now it is important that clients can connect with their pharmacist.
I had an absolutely disgusting experience today, I was refused service by one of your pharmacist's as I had too many prescriptions. Never in my life as someone refused to fill my scripts. Absolutely disgraceful, you have lost me as a customer
