What a bad taste everyone has in there mouth from the way holden just used and obused its customers .
The holden offices and staff that are currently operating are only fulfilling a legal obligation. It doesn't mean they cannot waste your time, or lie .
It just means they have to be there until a certain date.

I called Customer care and Damián clearly didn't have a clue of what he was doing . I asked four times to be transferred to a manager and there were several people talking around him so loudly he perhaps could not hear , he put me on hold and 16 minutes later I hung up. It seems the only way to get hold of Holden management is through the Ombudsman so off I go
I brought new car for my wife 2015 , Barina, Car had extended warranty, Since then I have had airconditioning problem, decal problems engine mounts, coil problems, I missed one service in the requirments due to traveling to the philippines, Swan insurance cancelled the extended warranty, Nothing but headaches to force them to fix the issues, Very dissappointed with Darwin Holden, I have a coil problem now got stuck in traffic, yesterday, needed tow truck, cant get any response from Holden regarding the part, put on answering machine, no emails back on the part, Truly things have gone to rack and ruin here in Darwin
Again HOLDEN are absolutely hopeless with their customer care and selling brand new cars that are nothing but trouble I am a Holden person but will NEVER but another Holden again. You think you can push over us little people think again you sell a car that does not meet customer expectations I am going you under consumer law for another lemon car. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC YOU ARE

Pity I can't give zero score due to absolutely pathetic 'Customer Care'. a persistent fault arose with new Calais V arose within 2 months of purchase - well within warranty period - and was never fixed. Customer Care is a total misnomer and has completely devalued the GMH brand due to their intransigence and refusal to remedy the problem. No wonder I will no longer consider Holden again and have bought another new vehicle elsewhere.
