Tried calling my local store (Aspley Qld) and no one would pick up extremely frustrating

I purchased a 45L Oven $99.00 18/.07.20

The manual is very not very good, it does not give you a guide on temperatures, only a rough guide on what setting you could use for certain food.

I put a family meat pie in set it for elements top & bottom on 180c and in 10 minutes it was burnt. A lot of reviews saying oven is good once you have worked out settings. Manual/guide should show more information. Also the reference to settings is hard to read in Manual & very hard to read on the dials on the oven as well. I don't know if I should return this item, if it is going to burn the food , if unable to work out what to set the temperature settings at. Maybe better getting another brand that has better instructions. '

I did call and speak to customer service, they are going to get on to the technical department to see if they have further instructions on this oven. Customer service was very nice

Went to kmart horsham. No one to serve me. So I left my trolley full of item and left the shop. Purchased those items elsewhere. Won't be back in a hurry. Not good enough. I tried to submit this with no stars. That's they way I truely feel but it wouldn't let me so reluctantly gave it one star.

My email to Kmart- watch this space.

To whom this may concern,

I’d like to express my huge disappointment at the unprofessional manner of a Kmart employee at the service desk on Monday 11/05/2020 at approximately 1.25pm.

It is rather unfortunate I did not get the female attendant’s name.

* I arrived to the service desk to pick up my order.

* In the absence of an attendant, I walked around to the end of service desk to enquire if I could receive service when she was ready.

* The attendant was yelling instructions regarding using “the buzzer” from inside what I presumed to be a storeroom behind the counter.

* By this stage I’m left horrified at her unprofessional approach.

* She eventually came forward to serve.

* I reminded her that I was not aware of a buzzer which she rightly pointed out.

* I mentioned there was a lack of signage regarding position and use of the buzzer.

* Attendant immediately picked up a blue sign laying face down approximately 60cm away from the buzzer location.

* I attempted to bring this to her attention when she totally dismissed me and began to serve the next customer “ next please”, all the while left me standing horrified at attendant’s appalling customer service and a great lack of professional etiquette.

* A total lack of apology and disregard of an individual has far reaching consequences.

It was only MY SECOND VISIT TO A KMART STORE and this experience has left me NEVER in want of shopping at ANY Kmart store ever again.

QUESTION: DOES KMART TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON PEOPLE CULTURE AND

ETIQUETTE?

I would appreciate feedback about my unfortunate experience.

An apology from the attendant (not on behalf of the attendant) is the least Kmart could offer.

I look forward to your earliest respnse.

I shop at KMART for both personal and business requirements. I find the staff all helpful, polite and supportive. The products are excellent. The prices are very good. It is always a pleasure to visit your stores. Congratulations to KMART and all their staff

Over the last week since moving to Toowoomba QLD, I have shopped at Kmart every 2 or so days. Spending anywhere from $30-150 setting up my new room as I enjoy your products. Twice now I have been made to feel soo uncomfortable like I’m doing something wrong by spending money in your store. Today a young girl named Riley approached me as I was going through my shopping list checking off items. Asked how I was to which my reply was pleasant as you do. I was then horrified to see her looking and speaking about me to a centre security guard Which she had obviously called. Self serve checkouts are the only ones functioning any other day (and today). This employee with severe bad judgement wasting time had called me to her small checkout then ordered me to scan everything myself, which I would have done like any other time at the self serve checkout. I made a sincere comment about her misjudgement as I am

Absolutely horrified. Not once have I been that type of person and would never. I will be taking this further and hope she is let go due to her incapacity of good service and making a customer who has clearly paid for every item every visit feel like the money spent wasn’t worthy. Shocking just shocking !!!!

A queue to purchase online? Never heard such rubbish before. Go broke then. There’s enough other outlets selling the same detritus as you do.
