I got my first Mercedes Benz about 3 years ago, have had nothing but issues with the car with not a care from anyone. Never fixed the issues. I have always have BMW’s and expected similar service - no where near. No one calls. No one follows up. When my payment plan came to a end I received a text message. What ever happened to service.

Mercedes has the worst!!

Like the review before me I would give them no stars if possible. How is this for customer service? I have a C250- exactly 5 years old with only 39000km on the clock. It has blown a front radial seal ( a real worry in itself given such a young car). I have loyally had the car serviced at Mercedes since I bought. The service people agree with me that it should be covered under warranty although just out of the 5 year mark but clearly not an issue due to driving damage and the car virtually only has 2 years of driving on the engine. Brighton Mercedes service Centre applied for a Goodwill warranty to head office and they not only have taken a week to make a decision back and forth offering to pay $45 out of $1900 repair, and in that time didn't once offer to help me out with a replacement vehicle or anything. The repair has been quoted at $500 elsewhere. Does Mercedes not believe in developing any sort of goodwill relationship with their customers. This is disgraceful. Even in the words of their own staff- they found head office response insulting!!!! I am one customer that will never give Mercedes another cent. Lets see if they even bother to respond to this

I will endeavour to get through to someone on the phone in the next 24 hours as well but thought this would be a good start given I have had no luck on the phone in previous days. I wish to express my absolute disgust and dismay at the customer service and care shown by your head office and would request follow up from management.

I have a C250- exactly 5 years old with only 39000km on the clock. It has blown a front radial seal ( a real worry in itself given such a young car). A good European car just should not have a radial seal go and it would indicate to me that there may be further engine issues creating a pressure problem causing the seal to fail. MB Brighton assures me this isn’t the case. I have loyally had the car serviced at Mercedes since I bought it. The service people agree with me that it should be covered under warranty although just out of the 5 year mark but clearly not an issue due to driving damage and the car virtually only has 2 years of driving on the engine.

Brighton Mercedes service Centre applied for a Goodwill warranty to head office and when in their words they were embarrassed by the initial knock back from head office had the request escalated and in their words, felt it was insulting to let me know that MB were offering to pay $45 out of $1900 repair. To drive home your poor customer service at no time in the 10 days that my car has been off the road has anyone once offered to help me out with a replacement vehicle or anything. To just make things worse the repair has been quoted at $500 elsewhere.

So in summary, I have been without a vehicle for over a week now without any obvious care by MB, not the actions of a quality business who care for their customers and are trying to get repeat business. You are clearly over charging for the repair and showing total disregard for your loyal customers. Does Mercedes not believe in developing any sort of goodwill relationship with their customers. Even in the words of their own staff- they found head office response insulting!!!! I will now like another post before me be another customer that will never give Mercedes another cent and certainly do my best to ensure I convince many others to take the same action. Such a disappointing experience - one that doesnt even deserve one star

I will start my review with this disclaimer: temporary hike in demand due to government stimulus and low supply will not last long.

I am a professional who went to buy car from Diesel motors in Bentley, WA for my wife as a surprise gift. First of all, the sales agent with whom i had booked an appointment was not available. Someone else stepped in. He was the worst ever sales man i encountered in my life. Not a single welcoming statement came out of hid mouth. All the statements were filled with sarcasm depicting that I won't be able to buy the car. Despite 5 attempts neither he could not renember nor he could pronounce our names.

I held my frustration and maintained composure. When it come to signing contract, we were trying to negotiate a price. That's where the branch manager became arrogantly rude and stated " you are some doctor so i will offer you corporate discount". My disappontment is not about inability to negotiate a price but lack of basic courteous communication during sale process. I do understand supply demand driven sale price but that doesn't give a sales person a right be to be out right rude and arrogant.

I will certainly not buy Mercedes-Benz anymore and will share my experience with my professional group and friends. We expect a better service from Mercedes-Benz than what happened to us. Not only it ruined my surprise plan but we walked out feeling disgusted.

Hope they learn to focus on quality provision rather than this short term hike in demand.

The quality of todays Mercedes benz is unfortunately pretty bad , overrated & over priced for the brand . Todays quality for anyone thinking of buying one , think twice of your choice , they come with alot of problems

I fill too many form to head office for complain to the Mercedes Benz Brisbane Dealer but never get response from them. I bought a C350e Model from Macgregor Mercedes dealer on 2018. That was the start of my nightmare. As usual, they give me 3 years warranty for this car. And all good with this car until Aug/2020.

I drive my car back to the dealer on Aug/2020 cause of the noise sound has been fund from the engine while the engine is working. (This car still in warranty ). The dealer told me the transmission need to do replacement cause of pump of the transmission is leaking. But, The noise sound still there since they have done their work. They told me the problems is gone and refuse to help me anymore even the car still have problems. I call Mercedes service number for couple of times but never get any response from them. The dealer is much worse than Mercedes service centre. They push me out from their business and refuse to do anything for me. So disappoint for this brand and Brisbane Macgregor Mercedes dealer.

I would do anything I could do to protect myself and this is really really bad experience with their service.

Extremely poor customer service and ongoing car issues. Purchased brand new A250 in May 2019 and have had it in for repairs up to 3 times per week since November 2020. I had a faulty drive shaft and was told my car was unsafe to drive and Mercedes seem to be fine with this level of faults. I still have ongoing problems and believe my car is a lemon however, Mercedes keep insisting on fixing the car under the warranty clause. How many times can you fix the same problem? The dealer tells me to contact Mercedes and Mercedes tells me to contact the dealer.

Took my CLA250 for a service today. Got a message to collect my car at 4pm. I got there (MB Kingsway in Melb) at 3.50pm, but was forced to wait for 50 bloody minutes before I could collect my car. The actual collection process took only 5 minutes! The sad thing was the only person that checked on me while I was there waiting was from a very nice lady from Europcar. All I can say is stay away from MB Kingsway in Melb as they are hopeless and very unprofessional!

I have bought 3 mercedes and last one ever at Melbourne Mercedes .

Firstly car was delivered dirty not cleaned at all. The certified vehicle has a well know fault GLC rear doors do not close properly

I have bought it back 4 time each time they say there has been an adjustment made and the doors unlock whilst driving and you have to slam shut.

Out of ten I would give them a zero and never will go back . Am taking further action against them. Go to another dealership not this one is my opinion

I also have had yo replace tyres numerous times because they crack and MB Doncaster don’t give a sh...! And customer service don’t seem all that concerned. Reading other reviews there seems to be a common pattern here... consumer affairs here is a story !
